When life hands you lemons....make LEMON POPPYSEED cupcakes. A moist lemon cupcake infused with poppyseeds and topped with buttercream. Perfect for a spring picnic (or eating by yourself in the closet :-)



BLACK FOREST.....you'll get lost in this forest when you take your first bite.....a delicious chocolate cupcake filled with cherry preserves and topped with buttercream. Sorry, GPS not included.



NOW AVAILABLE: Gluten-Free!! Minimum 12 per order. $20.00 per dozen. Freeze well so anyone that is GF can enjoy their very own cupcake anytime!! Tested on GF people, not animals.

Mississippi Mud.....a delectible chocolate cupcake with a hint of coffee flavour topped with toasted mini marshmallows and swirls of chocolate buttercream and toasted pecans. This will surely satisfy any sweet tooth!!



Lemonade Stand......a moist, tart and tangy lemon cupcake topped with creamcheese icing......great way to start thinking about summer!!

On Holidays....officially!

I would like to thank all of my wonderful Mellie cakes customers for supporting me this past year.  Now, I am shutting down my oven for this year and focusing on my family and friends.  They are always complaining they don't get any cucpakes so now it's their turn (maybe). 
I look forward to baking for you all again starting in January.
