With the news of Michael Jackson's death, I found in me to make a commemorative cupcake in his honor. It started out as quite the joke around the house until....the calls kept pouring in for the cupcakes! I couldn't believe how popular they were and STILL are (I have a huge order for tomorrow for someone who is deeply mourning his passing.)
As a kid my parents never bought me his Thriller album. I wanted it so bad (you bad..ha ha) So I secretly listened to it at friends houses and I think at one point I had one of them record it from their record player on to a cassette tape(remember those??!!) But now as an adult I grabbed the Thriller album on my IPOD!! and cranked it while driving down Hwy 97 in Kelowna in my mini van. Gotta love it.
